I have one of these mounted on a thompson center .44 mag pistol for the last 4 years. it has held zero with everything from factory ammo to the hottest hand loads you can put down the barrel. the brightness settings are plenty bright enough for the sunniest of days. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to put a red dot on anything. good quality red dot

I bought this sight about 6 months ago for my CX4 Storm carbine. The Storm's sights are designed to co-align with this scope which made the buying decision easy. It's ruggedly built and has a crisp dot that has held its zero with the temperature changes. The package also includes a 2 inch screw-on sunshade. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase. I deducted 1 star for two reasons - it comes with a bikini cover rather then flip-up covers which I feel are more appropriate for a tactical scope. The second issue is the rather short parallax-free zone. I'm guessing its 25 yards or so. At this price point I would expect 50+ yards parallax free viewing. With an appropriate cheek weld it isn't an issue though.
