Hornady GMX bullets are streamlined design for ultra flat trajectories, offer devastating terminal performance across a wide range of velocities, the gilding metal construction and double cannelures reduce fouling, GMX bullets are compatible with conventional reloading data. It shot reasonably well out of my Remington 7600; about 1 inch groups at 100 yards with occasional fliers out to 2 inches. Not the best ammo I have shot, but certainly the best lead free I can find!

In years' past, I've often used the Remmington loads...good ammo, no complaints, but this past season after reading about the accuracy of the Hornady ammo, I purchased some just before deer season. The accuracy of this load simply cannot be overstated...it was a rainy morning about 6:30am when a buck showed himself about 100 yrds from my stand. Whil this is considered by many to be a 'gimme' with a rifle, due to the bad weather, I was concerned about loosing his bloodtrail, so I wanted to put him down quick w/ a neck shot...and brother...put him down it did. That 6-pnt buck dropped where it stood, and never had a chance on getting up. The intense power from this round is unbeliveable, and while I want to state that Remmington is still very good, there is simply no comparrison to the Hornady ammo...you'll pay a few bucks more, but the piece of mind is worth it...I hope I never have to comprise and shoot anything else. A+++ product!
