Great feel while shooting. Put 200 rounds through it on the first day. Had to do a bit of modding to make it fit, but other than that, it's a good deal.

As stated, will only fit on stamped receivers, which most AK variants are. Bought this for my 1972 Romanian WASR 10/63. Excellent in quality, durability, functionality, and financial categories. You cannot beat the price for a quality pistol grip, TIGHT fitting forend grip, no wobble, capable of mounting optics, etc. Also, the collapsible/folding stock is a great upgrade to any AK. Not only is this Strikeforce package aesthetically pleasing, but is also a monumental improvement over the stock parts. Increased ventilation, reduced recoil, and ergonomic grip are only a few of the perks. CONS: The only things you have to do to get this package in prime condition are Dremel or sand minor plastic on the inside of the lower part of the forend grip (you will understand what I mean when you attempt to install). Also, the drill bit size ATI recommends when drilling into the stock for install is a bit too large for the standard AK hardware that they recommend to reuse. I would go a 1/16" or 1/8" smaller to confirm a tighter fit with the stock and AK screws. After firing about 90 rds thru my WASR, I noticed loosening of the screw that connects the collapsible part of the stock to the folding. I would recommend using high strength epoxy and also the screw to prevent further loosening [Note: using epoxy on this part does not hinder any functionality (i.e. folding or extending the stock)] These issues are minor (it's just nice to know what has to be done for confidence in your weapon) and I highly recommend this product.

I bought this set for my 1980 WASR-10/63. This product is made quite well and I highly recommend it. I did have to dremel the handguard a bit, but everything fits snug and solid. Not to mention, looks BAD-***!!!!

I bought this AK furniture upgrade kit for my father-in-law's Chinese thumb hole AK. I was skeptical at first but after installing it I am now looking for my own AK. All of the furniture fits very well and is a breeze to install. The hardest part is removal of the original furniture. I highly recommend this item to anyone looking for that tactical look on their AK.
