It's a comfortable ankle rig. Stays in place all day with normal walking and movement. It will slide down if running or jumping, but normal office work/errands, it's good to go. Just make sure you have it tight enough and use the removable calf strap.

It fit my Jimenez LC380 pretty good, but if you own one you know it feels like a boat anker.
