These grips do look pretty good, BUT they are NOT for extended or ambidextrous safeties. I have both on my RIA 1911. I still used them and they look good, but I had to do a little trimming, cutting and sanding.

These grips are slim where they need to be. More shaped like an hour glass. Much easier for my thumb to reach the mag release. Slim bushings and screws are not required. Fit is great and they feel awesome.
