| If you own a Gamo Whisper-22, and are tired of standard lead pellets just stunning the squirrels, move up to the Gammo Raptor PBAs. You'll think you've been hunting with a rimfire, instead of an air rifle. I only gave 4 bullets due to the price, since at 15 cents a shot, a rimfire would be cheaper to shoot, but not nearly as stealthy. These pellets are still subsonic in .22 calibre, and are no louder than lead pellets in this gun. Although these pellets are considerably lighter than the cheap lead pellets I use (Benjamin Discovery PCP, 14.3 gr), I don't have to rezero the scope when I switch back and forth. If Gamo could get the price down my 1/2, I'd give these 5 stars (OK, bullets). |
