This is the best designed knife I have used for Gutting . The bonus of having another blade means carring only one knife for an otherwise messy job. It won't get clogged with thick hair and it is tough enough to cut through most chest cavities for cleaning from bottom to top. I like the orange one called slingblaze as it is easier to find when laid on the ground.
