I have put over three hundred of these through my Desert Eagle Mark VII with not a single jam or misfire. I have tried several manufacturers and the Hornady LEVERevolution FTX is the only round that makes my Desert Eagle go bang every time. This is one fast, accurate and reliable round, I couldn't ask for more.

I have been hunting with a handgun for+25 yrs. I tried this new ammo because of all the hype. I have always used the Hornady 180 grain XTP with great results and down deer in the past. This year using Hornady 225 FTX I shot 5 times at 70yds and hit the deer every time and he still walked away. My buddy finished him off with his shotgun.
