After searching the internet and reading and comparing I decided to go with the 180 grain E-tip bullets to sight in my new Remington 700 in 300wsm. The first three rounds ever fired from the rifle were inside of a 3 inch bull at 50 yards with no adjustments other than boresighting.. with a few clicks I managed to dial it in at 3 in high at 100, putting one bullet dead center and the next throught the same hole!! I then proceeded to bang away at the gong targets set up at 250 yards aiming dead on with out a miss. at our local shooting range there is along range berm set up with iron gongs at 566 yards, I was able to hit them consistently by holding over about 30 inches! Can't wait to bust a bull elk this October with these to see the bullet performance as accuracy is no question!!!
