It's a nice concept: a derringer that folds into its grip and can be carried as a holster. However, the grip is quite a bit bulkier than it appears. I have the NAA 22LR with a 1-1/8" barrel and the grip increases the overall size by a third. It kind of defeats the purpose of deep concealability.

I have had this American Arms pistola for many years as my sneaky pete. But I never liked the grip much as it was too small. I never could get my whole hand on it, and every now and then it would slightly jump out of my grip when fired. I tried the oversized grip and the wallet but still wasnt happy with it. I thought this grip looked a little funky at first but I tried it anyway. I was very surprised and happy with how it feels in my hand, a very secure feeling. So if you have big hands you gotta try this. Now if they only made this for my Texas defender.
