shot a box of these from my 870 magnum. first 2 at 25 yds.both hit at 5 o'clock 2 inches away from bullseye. the other 3 i shot at 50 yds. all 3 went 4 inches low ranging anywheres from 5 to 7 o'clock. they packed a hard recoil . and for some reason every shell i fired made by this company is burning very very dirty powder. 1 5 round box of these slugs made the inside of my barrel look like i shot 25 rounds of 3" magnum buckshot. would use these as a home protection if needed. but not hunting.

These slugs are HOT. 1610 FPS packs a quite punch and out of a 20" barrel I was getting 1 1/2" groupings from 30 yards with nothing more than a bead sight. Fire very clean and they pack quite a punch. Overall, while there's only 5 in a box, the price per is low. A good investment just to have around or to have some real fun splitting bowling pins or old VCRs.
