US Coast Guard Certified. Qualifies as a ski or wakeboarding vest. Durable neoprene outside and tech fiber liner inside. Heavy-duty plastic zipper. Flexible PVC fins fold flat so a child can sit comfortably.If a fin gets bent, stretch it taut vertically and heat with a hair dryer held approximately 7'' from the fin, until it regains its shape. For storage, simply fold the jacket in half over the fin (be sure vest is zipped together) to protect the fin shape. Fasten nylon strap with snap.
