First off, let me note that this holster DOES work with an M&P22. This is my first holster, for my first pistol, and everything works great! The tension adjustment screw is really great. All in all, I'm more than pleased with this product!

Awesome holster, fits my M&P .40 like a glove! integrated channel so the sights don't get hung up when drawing the weapon is so nice. the best buy around!

I ordered this for my full-sized S&W M&P 40. It fits like a glove and is very comfortable. This holster fits close to the side and leaves a fairly small profile under a coat. The shipping was faster than promised!!!

Fits my M&P 40 Compact great. Description did not list the compact version but the sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable and said that it would. The release was adjusted perfect right out of the package. Much more secure than a couple of nylon types that I have tried previously.
