The quick release buckle on this sling allows the operator to detach it instantly, and allows donning body armor. This is a proven three point design for the M16, AR-15 or M4 carbine. The sling wraps around the handguard, is secured by velcro, and will attach to either a collapsible or rifle stock.

I tried putting this sling on my AK and my Benelli Nova Tactical. On my AK the sling went around the front gas tube/block. This would result in the nylon webbing melting under extended fire. On my Nova, I noticed that when shouldering the gun, I grabbed the sling and the slide at the same time. There are some problems with this sling that I found. It might be useful on some other guns though.

This is a very good quality tactical sling, and it compares well to every other tactical sling I've seen. Even if the stock strap was longer, it will loosen up over time while carrying it even if it's put through the buckle a second time. I used my sewing kit to sew a stitch

Not highly impressed by the quality. I have one by Blackhawk that is a lot better quality. But over all it functions as it should and is a good deal. As far as installing it, well that was pretty easy.

had the same issue as previous reviewer, no instructions and after surfing around the net to discover the butstock strap is just a bit small on the telescopic stock other than that works great.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago and it works perfectly. there were no instruction with it and I had to do some on-line research to find a picture showing it installed and I was able to figure out how to install the sling. Works perfectly, just the way it was designed. The only fault is the attachment method on the colapsable stock end is a 1" wide nylon strap and a buckle that laces throught the slot in the stock. This strap is not quite long enough and has slid open once or twice. I fixed it by taking the end and lacing it through the buckle again (would have been a complete fix if it was 1-2" longer) and then applied a short piece of black duct tape to hold it all in place. I would have given it a five if there were instructions included and the stock attachment strap was an inch longer.
