Hello: There fellow handheld field artillery handgunners. Me again the olde Supernut here. I came on here this evening to check out to see what CTD has to offer again this year for deer hunting. All stuff aside. I tried these 325 grain barnes tip Dpx round. And did really good putting down a 165lb. buck. The recoil is somewhat potent. Not bad. I would say honestly. Anything up to 85-100 yds. ( little guessing ) will be dead and all 4's will be staring at you. Not problems with opening the cyclinder, some stove piping. No miss fires. It doesn't take much of these rounds to put a deer down. Best money spent. I have used those 400 grain silver tipped Winchester, and I did put a comment in there. Really good rounds also. Personally, to me I think the recoil is alot better with these 325 grain Dpx Corbons. Fire for effect; Supernut
