As for these amplification hearing aids, they are terribly constructed. The fit is terrible, I used these at the range today and my ears are ringing beyond recognition. I only fired a few rounds out of my M1911 and it was deafening. They keep popping out of my ears, not true fit to them, the amplification is not really amplified, but like talking through a hollow wall. I hear better with "foamies" in my ears. I read the directions and still, they just do not seem to cut it for me. The two inserts that come with them are not a good fit, the elbow on the end of the tubing that connects to the actual earpiece keeps coming out and they do not stay behind you ears, looks cool but just do not cut it for me. Delivery was prompt and quick, but not a good product.
