I just got into law enforcement and I just bought a Springfirld XD tatical 40 cal. I bought this grip for it and I love the way that it feels.... I have a large hand and this grip fits it well... only down side is it rubs against my pants and is like sand paper, lol, but I think that is my fault for not buying a full size holster.
