This is a fine looking and fine fitting barrel and it is blued. Well worth the money. The inside of my barrel was a little dirty (hope it is not rust) so I cleaned it and it shined. But there are some small spots that I thought were dust that may be rust or pits. Not sure. That should not impact functionality. I am satisfied.

I needed an inexpensive 18 inch barrel for my 870 Express magnum. I did not want to spend alot of money for a rifled barrel because it is for home defense and buckshot will be the primary shell. This barrel is blued while my Express is not. The fit was great and it functioned well. Pattern was tight at 25 yards. It was well worth the money.

It's a perfectly fitting and functional barrel. Unfortunately, it's not a perfect match with my Wingmaster. The bluing isn't identical and there are a few spots where the bluing was rubbed off. Another small point: the sight is a simple bead, not a raised bead, so it doesn't shoot quite to point of aim.

I just got this today,and I ordered it yesterday. Fits like a condom on my Remington 870 and the magazine extension,makes it looks bad ass along with my collapsible buttstock.

i put this barrel on my 870 express magnum, i have zero complaints. fits great, no gunsmithing required. because of the cylinder bore choke, it really didn't add a lot , if any, recoil. i paired this with a synthetic folding stock and forend, and now i have a perfect security or rabbit hunting gun, that i can change back to a turkey gun with ease. strongly recommend buying this!!! thanks CTD

this barrel is a great replacement for my 870 wingmaster, nice finish and removable bead sight so it can be replaced with fiber optic sight if you want, works like it should.
