I ordered this shield and 3 days later, it was at my home. I love the parkerized finish. It fits my 18.5" barrel perfectly. Very well made. Very nice product. WTG, CTD!

I wish I had know that this would NOT fit my 500 Cruiser 5/shot with breaching front end!!! I did try and make it fit, it's currently sitting very tightly on my barrel, with some effort to squeeze the from tabs over the barrel (yes I did scratch it). I so badly wanted it to work, I tried drilling the fasteners holes out some to get at least one screw in (longer screw than shipped), so I can't send it back. Oh, it was super hard to drill, I think the parkerized finish case hardens the steel. So I'm leaving it on, because I know that it won't fall off, but it may move back and forth some, my loss I guess, too bad because it's nice quality and looks great. The phosphate/parkerized finish does look as though it will be durable...
