Bought two boxes of these. They were marked "reduced recoil". I was absolutely suprised at how managable the recoil was. I was shooting a .44 magnum on the same day and the recoil on the smith and wesson .500 was actually lighter. I'm use to shooting the Hornady 350gr. xtp ammo and these are almost half the recoil. Although I know that the hornady's are much more potent at 1900 fps compared to these at 1400fps. It really makes shooting the .500 more pleasant and gives me more trigger time to practice for the hotter loads. The ammo was also really clean. I was expecting to spend alot more time cleaning my .500 afterwards, but these ran as clean as the hornady's. It still has the big bang I wanted to hear, but I was actually alot more accurate with these loads. As for the price, you cannot beat it anywhere. As ammunition prices are soaring, these are well worth the money. I've got two more on order right now.
