I purchased this holster hoping I could use it to help conceal my Taurus PT92 AF, which is essentially a clone of the Beretta 92. The type of gun here is not what worries me, so please read on. The problem started with the first holster I ordered, where I was unable to loosen any of the screws. They just continued to rotate with the bolt. So then I figured I had a dud, and went through the hassle of having to sent it in to CTD. The second one they sent me had the same problem, but this time with 2 out of the 4 screws. I was able to unscrew the paddle from the holster, but unable to loosen the holster to fit my gun. My roommate even sliced his finger trying to hold the bolt while unscrewing (the bolt is sharp in the middle). So after this I called Uncle Mike's and got a really good experience from their customer service. Their answer to the problem was to use a blow dryer to detach the bolt and screw...this didn't work. I tried applying a lighter to it (much hotter) and that didn't work. I even went through the trouble of borrowing my roommate's blow torch he used for his Creme Brulee...that apparently wasn't hot enough either to losen anything. So after all of this, I was glad CTD would refund me with no arguments, I just did not appreciate the hassle of Uncle Mike creating a product that is this defective and requires "blow dryer" to fix it. They were willing for me to send it to them to fix it, but with this serial killer on the lose in Tallahassee...I am not going to wait any longer. I am going with another holster for my other gun :) Props to CTD for refunding me, no props to Uncle Mike for making a product this defective. But at least they have nice customer service as well...
