I was so excited to finally get this sling in the mail so I could put it on my shotgun. I was very disappointed. It states that the Blackhawk logo is embroidered but it wasn't, just a black piece of nylon was sewn on where the logo show have been. Does the sling work? Yes. Are the swivels nice? Yes. Did I pay for the Blackhawk logo and did I get it? No.

Installed this on my 500 Persuader and loved it when I had it. The rubberized section for your shoulder is very nice for keeping your gun in place while walking/moving around. And the lock-down swivels make things easy if you want to take it off (I have to to remove the barrel for cleaning). It was just barely long enough for me. But that was because my sling mounts are on complete opposite ends of my shotgun. Because of this, I got to test the quality of this thing first hand. On my 9 shot Persuader, my sling stud is at the very end of the mag tube, which is the same length at my barrel. This puts the swivel in front of the gun completely. When pulling up to shoot at a clay, the sling flipped up in front of the barrel as I shot, and I blasted this thing. Only damage was the mount and swivel were ripped off and bent up, but still in tact. There wasn't even any sign of damage to the nylon material after being shot point blank with 12 gauge target load. I'm impressed. I don't use this anymore due to my shotguns design, not because of Blackhawk. I now have a 1 point, still from Blackhawk, to keep it out of the way.
