Installation takes minutes. If you can field-strip your gun, you can install your LaserMax sight. No gunsmithing required.

Alignment. The Internal Guide Rod lasers come permanently aligned from the factory for center-of-mass accuracy at 20 yards. It will never drift out of alignment. There is no need to re-zero after changing batteries.

Accuracy. As close to the bore of the firearm as possible, positioning allows for the closest and most consistent relationship between your point of aim and point of impact (POA/POI) over all shooting distances. Especially useful for moving targets.

Turn it on! Ambidextrous switch in custom take-down lever. Deliberate on/off activation-highly desirable in a tactical or personal defense situation!

G36 with LaserMax guide rod laser, Crossbreed Super Tuck Deluxe IWB holster. First issue: after second day of concealed carry, the batteries are dead and I suspect that the laser is turning on in the holster. Second issue: the slide lock/laser switch seems to be sloppy compared to the factory slide lock. Third issue: the guide rod laser does not sit as firmly in place as the factory guide rod. I fired 200 rounds with the guide rod laser before I concealed carried with it, so even though there is slop with the slide lock/laser switch and guide rod laser, the gun still shoots like a champ.

Received the LaserMax for my Glock 36 and put it in the gun the same day. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY and there will be no problem. It works as advertised .. alignment is very near to perfect. Would give 5 bullets and it may yet prove to deserve the fifth. The replacement guide rod that contains the laser is a looser fit than the stock Glock part. Tech support at LaserMax says that is intentional in the design. It makes me want to prove the durability of the LaserMax with more shooting than I have had the chance to do yet. No problems except a OOB jam on my first cycling of the gun after installing. It was MY FAULT for not sticking to the instructions. No harm done and all is good with it now. I'm happy with the purchase, works as advertised.
