I laugh at the 70% reduced recoil! The recoil pad for my 12 gauge works better then this thing! I removed maybe.... 30 to 35% of felt recoil in shoulder. I have mine mounted to a Winchester M70 30-06 synthetic stock. I fired off more rounds then last time, but still feels like a shoulder killer. With a butt pad and this I can shoot 30-06 all day. Or shoot 100 rounds and be sore for a couple days.
