Seems to be of good quality, lightweight and strong. I hope it stands up. I gave it only 3 stars however because it is really thick. I bought it to wear on a pair of gym shorts when I wear my Kahr. This pouch is way too thick and easily prints. Even with a single stack 9mm mag. If you don't care about that then it will work fine. Also, I do not see and carbon fiber, looks to be all polymer.
