Triggers are skeletonized to reduce trigger bounce, which is rough on a fine trigger job & downright dangerous with a very light trigger-pull. A competent pistolsmith can adjust the trigger pull to safely meet your shooting needs.

Trigger was a perfect fit and direct replacement for my 1911 Charles Daly which had a nasty/cheap looking trigger. Only complaint is that the trigger is cheaply painted. I sanded off the Matte Silver to give it the steel look instead

got this for my M1911A1 and when i got it the bow was so badly bent that the 2 sides were touching and instead of spending all the time on sending it back in an envelop like i got it in i just fixed it my self but that's how they ship em but once i got it straight again it worked fine but the trigger its self was a little too big for the opening
