I got this sight for my Glock 23 and I love the sight but the dovetail is too tall. It only pressed on 1/2 way. Had to press it off and file the bottom with a diamond hone. Aside from that it gets a major awesome!! I would buy another but my 27 only needs a front sight.

I carry a sig 229 as my everyday weapon and a glock 17 as my tactical weapon.When I went to qualify with both.I had these sights put on the glock two days beforehand and did not have a chance to shoot with them. But these sights are outstanding!Very quick to get on target and from a tactical viewpoint easy to resight the weapon after taking the first shot. For night shooting,it`s was great to have that big frontsight dot glowing at ya. I agree with the SGT. I wish they made them for my sig.

Do not let the below review dissuade you. These sights are a breeze to install. As the department armored for our Police department I have installed over fifteen sets of these sights on department guns as well as officers’ personal guns. All it takes is the correct tool, not locking it in a vise and whacking it with a hammer. By the end of this year I plan to have these installed on every department owned handgun. These sights are outstanding. Our department has a few officers who always have a hard time qualifying. Not after installing these sights. The sights are very good for heads up, both eyes open shooting with quick target acquisition. Additionally it’s very easy to shoot on the move with these. If you’re thinking about ordering these, don’t think about it, get them! You won’t regret it.

well, cheaper than dirt does have the lowest price of the item anywhere around but as far as the sights thelm self i put them on my brand new glock 23 and everywhere i look it says install yourself easily but the truth be told i took my gun and sights to every vendor at the gun show and no one had the tools to put them on and after i found a gun smith around town the tool even started to strip out on the sights so we broke down and just used a vise a hammer and a punch tool and beat it in there which even resulted in putting a blimish on my new gun the sights look good and are very bright it might even be a personel problem that just happened to me but the experience and headache of it all really wasnt worth it
