I use these rings to mount a Leupold M8 2X scope to a Desert Eagle. The scope hangs out just past the barrel but the quality of these rings are night and day above the weavers they replaced. Both rings are angled.

I purchased these to replace my poorly constructed Weaver see-through sights on a standard length Desert Eagle 50, with a Leupold EER 2X handgun scope. These mounts angle slightly to the rear, however with the scope mounted nearly all the way back there is about a 1/2" of overhang past the barrel. Fit and finish are 5-stars, overall setup for a DE is 4-stars.
