I recently purchased two of the Pearce grip extensions for use on standard OEM Glock 26 magazines. I found the product to be excellent. It adds just enough length for my little finger. I found the removal of the original magazine floor plate to be a three handed job. Have a helper push the release button with a ball point pen while you do the compression of the magazine sides and sliding of the floor plate. Be careful of the magazine spring release. Everything happens quickly once the floor plate is pushed back.

I purchased three of these grip extensions for my Glock 27. It took less than 5 minutes to replace the floor plates in all three of the magazines with the new extensions. Just take an Allen wrench, push it through the circular hole in the floor plate to compress the spring, squeeze the sides of the magazine and slide the floor plate off. The extensions slide on very easily and that's all there is to it. The extensions only added one round to the magazine, which I am fine with. My main concern was how they were going to fit the magazine. They fit really well and look like the rest of the grip on my gun. It makes pulling the gun out of the holster much easier and gives you a little more control while shooting.

Grip is very consistent with a Gen 3. I have one on my 26 and 27. Gives the 26 two more rounds, and the 27 one more.

Better control of the gun and much cheaper to buy this and add it than to buy the Glock extended mag. I have one and I like this mag extension better. BUT, I had to trim a little lip off, it was pinching me at times when I fired. Youtube has some videos if you want help on assembly, it's easy.
