This Top Gun 12 gauge ammo is great for busting clays. This example has a 2-3/4" shell loaded with 1 oz of #8 steel shot which it fires at 1180 fps. Could also be used for small birds.

Picked up 100 rounds of this and it shot really well through my Over/Under but had feeding issues in my buddy's Benelli M2. Low recoil, good shooter :)

Best ammo I've used for trap but would not cycle my Super Black Eagle when shooting doubles for skeet.

All I can say is WOW!!! I love Federal b/c their powder burns VERY cleanly and the recoil is average. I shoot trap with a Mossberg 500 with a 28" barrel and bead sights, and my best score was 19/25. I used some Remington loads because they were the only thing available, and i scored no higher than 14/25, then switched to these again, and my scores jumped right back up. One thing I noticed Is that Remington makes lighter loads with dirty powder, But Federal Makes heavier lods with an EXTREMELY clean powder. I put over 500 round of federal through my mossberg, and never had to clean it. Look around though, b/c sometimes you can find it in 100 round bulk packs.

I use these at the range on base for skeet and trap. Good, cheap little rounds, but my Remington 1100 has some trouble with the low brass (it is a firearm I inherited from my great grandfather, so it is not the ammunitions fault)

These are my mainstay. Good price @ wal-mart in the value pack and excellent price from CTD for individuals. The patterns are great for skeet even out of my 20" Remington Security... You just have to be quick off the draw. They burn very clean and they seem to be good for one or two reloads. Silver base is very clean and overall it's a great, cheap round for just about anything at the range.
