Fiocchi Extrema is top notch hunting ammunition. This version uses a 165 Grain Sierra GameKing Boat Tail Hollow Point bullet, designed specifically for hunting, and propels it to 2850 fps.

To provide hunters with one of the best performing lines of hunting ammunition available, Fiocchi combines precision drawn cases and our reliable primers with the Sierra Gameking bullets, as well as the renowned Hornady SST and V-Max bullets. We have chosen these bullet types as all of them have a long standing reputation for excellent performance. We load our Extrema rifle line with only the best, carefully selected powders to insure these cartridges achieve results that will make the "Extrema" a new favorite of hunters worldwide.

GameKing bullets are designed for hunting at long range, where their extra margin of performance can make the critical difference. GameKing bullets feature a boat tail design to bring hunters the ballistic advantage of match bullets. The streamlined tapered base of the boat tail bullet greatly reduces drag, which results in higher retained velocity, greater striking energy, a flatter trajectory and less wind drift than comparable flat base bullets.
