Very sharp and pointy. I used it on severel small trees which came down in one hack even tested it on an old xbox and deer bone found in corn field. After about an hour of hacking random things it is still very sharp.

This is the real deal, sharp as a razor, and tipped with a lethal point! A true slice and dice machete! The sheath is solid and just loose enough to let the blade slide out with ease. The only reason it didn't get 4 stars is because the point is extremely weak and bent upon my first slice (only 3mm of the tip) so I bent it off and straightened the tip out and it's still extremely sharp. The only other complaint with this blade (and with other cold steel machetes) is that they always seem to come with grinding burrs on the blade. An easy fix with a fine sharpener, but still annoying. All in all, an awesome buy!
