I bought this as a weapon mounted light for an AR platform and man is it nice. What sold me on it was the fact that I was looking for a 1" diameter light to mount in a Fab Defense T-pod, and it fit the bill for correct size and low cost. I was surprised at all the extra features they managed to squeeze into such a small package. It feels durable, it's lightweight, and works perfectly on my AR setup with the push button tail cap. I was really surprised by how bright it was. It'll light up my neighbor's house 150 yds away easily. I normally use Streamlights and Surefires, but this little guy rivals both of them, and at a fraction of the cost. Just an outstanding light in general.
