Upon initial inspection, the vest was slightly damaged. One of the snaps on the front had fallen off. I am a large framed man, so the vest fit fine with some adjustments. The mag pouches are another issue. It is true that the vest is capable of holding 12 AR style magazines, if indeed you can get them in there. I fixed the issue with the stretch cord. I had to unband them and retie them for easier access. The fix is simple and takes less then 3 minutes.

I'm a very big guy and this just barely fits around me. I was happy about that. What I don't like is the ammo pouches. I have tried everything I can think of but I can't get even one mag in a pouch without untying the allegedly stretchy stuff holding them shut. It does look good in my closets. :-)

I am 6'4" and skinny and this rig is loose! Thought it was that way for a bladder system, so I put one in, tightened it up all the way, and it is still way baggy. Thats not the only thing wrong with this item. The retention straps for the mags are way too tight and are garbage. All in all, unless you have the biggest beer gut in the world, you won't fit in this.
