As with all other Magpul products, this is a well made, quality grip. I mounted this grip to my Bravo Company 16" 5.56 AR Mid-Length. The small Magpul symbols etched into the sides give an awesome no slip grip. I am using the largest back strap and the AR style front strap and it is a good fit for my larger hands. This grip also goes nicely with the Magpul AFS2 angled forend grip. The reason why I gave this 4 bullets is because the manual says "DO NOT USE ORIGINAL MOUNTING BOLT." But the mounting bolt Magpul supplied will only thread in 3/4 of the way in, then it gets really tight. Threads are not crossed, just won't go any further. Kinda scary, since the lower is aluminum and stripping the treads is something I do not want. Also, using the largest back strap, there is 1/16th of an inch gap between the "thumb" of the back strap and the back of the lower, which should be snug. Overall, using the original bolt and the gap has no negative effects on the firearm. I would recommend this grip.
