I got this in yesterday, just in time for the range today. It was fairly easy to put on my Kel-Tec P11. I just ran some hot water over it to make it temporarily more stretchy and pliable, and after a couple of minutes of playing around with it, it went on just fine. It fits my P11 perfectly, and I could tell a big difference today at the firing range. It was especially helpful when firing with a one handed grip. It absorbed a noticeable amount of recoil and made for a much more secure grip.
