The Full Band .22 Tube Magazine Swivels from Uncle Mikes are the sturdy and permanent swivels to install on your tube fed .22 rifle. Since it has a full band, installation does require disassembly of your rifle, but the advantage is a permanent attachment point for your sling that you can depend on. The band fits tube diameters of 0.43"-0.445" except Winchester 94/22M models. Also included is a wood screw set point.

Seems like good quality, all metal, says swivels are made in USA in package. Also says, made in China. Maybe the parts other than the swivel came from China. That may be the problem. The front band fit my older Winchester 22 just fine. But the hollow machine screw broke in half as soon as I started tightening it. So now its pretty useless unless I can get a replacement screw from UM that doesn't break immediately.
