This is a heads-up for anyone who might be ordering this product for their Browning X-Bolt Rifle. This product is ONLY compatible with Browning scope rings. These bases WILL NOT WORK with scope rings that are designed for "standard" Weaver or Picatinny bases or rails. The width of the rail on this base is about 3/8" too narrow for rings that are designed to fit Weaver or Picatinny rails. Use search terms "x-bolt weaver base" to find bases for an x-bolt rifle that can be used with the dovetail size on "standard" scope rings. The product is made well enough, but I'm giving it less than 5 bullets rating because they are just a component of Browning's proprietary scope mounting system and not compatible with standard rings.
