I had the same problem as the first review. Had to spend 45 minutes to an hour filing almost 1/4" off of it, and when it finally fit, I had to drill out the hole for the pin an extra 1/32" and it wiggles a bit when finally in place.

Thought I'd pick up this rail for my Yugo SKS. I'm not sure where the manufacturer got their specs, but they are way off. Been filing for a few hours now, and still can't get the receiver plate cover pin to go through this thing. Buyer Beware - CTD is good, but I think these products should be fit tested before they leave the warehouse. This will avoid negative complaints, and less returns.
