Taylor's & Co. 1861 Navy Steel Frame Black Powder Revolver .36 Caliber 6 Rounds Walnut Grip Steel Case Hardened Frame

The 1851 Navy, Produced from 1851 to 1872, was the most famous of the cap and ball era for good reason. The 6 shot offers perfect balance, precise aim, and dependability. The 1861 Navy was produced after this as a transition between an 1860 Army model and and 1851 Navy. The 1861 Navy features a round barrel with a blade front sight, similar to an 1860 Army. However, the 1861 Navy is produced in .36 caliber, a characteristic caliber of the 1851 Navy. The gun features an all steel finish on the backstrap and trigger guard, and a case hardened frame.
