I bought several brands of .308 ammo to test in my new CZ 550 rifle. This was the cheap stuff I bought to compare against some match grade ammo. This ammo has been manufactured from previously fired cases. The case sizes do not appear to be trimmed correctly. There were variations on the stamps on the bottoms of the cases, indicating they came from different original manufacturers. I couldn't even chamber the rounds at all. I ended up switching to Federal Gold Medal 168 Grain Match, which worked beautifully. I would not recommend this ammo at all.

One of four different brands I bought for ammo testing today. This ammo performed above and beyond, just as the 168 grain Ultramax .308 does. I highly recommend anyone shooting an M1A or AR-10 get this ammo, as it fed in both of my guns and delivered 1/2 inch groupings at 100 yards with iron sights. Holy Cow?
