This Hornady Superformance ammo in .375 Holland & Holland Magnum is a prime choice of hunters of formidable prey. It's loaded with a 300 grain Dangerous Game Solid bullet which it fires at 2670 fps. It's an excellent round for taking down lions, tigers, and bears.

Hornady Superformance ammunition is 100 to 200 fps faster than any conventional ammunition and will perform in every gun without increases in felt recoil, muzzle blast, temperature sensitivity, fouling or loss of accuracy. Superformance ammunition utilizes special powders and provides increased performance and is safe to use in all firearms, including semi automatics, lever guns, and pump actions. When you use Hornady Superformance ammo, you will see increases in rifle performance, no increases in barrel wear and felt recoil, and will see superior temperature stability.

DGS bullets are made with a hard lead/antimony alloy cone, surrounded by a copper clad steel jacket. These bullets feature a flat meplat for straighter penetration and create more energy transfer than a simple round profile bullet. Hornady Dangerous Game Series ammunition is designed specifically for large game and safari hunting. Designed for the toughest hunting in the world, where the deepest penetration is required. Tough copper clad steel jacket delivers deep penetration and will not deform.
