I bought these for my Ruger SR1911 and they work better than the factory mags that came with it. They latch in the pistol a little easier and the spring tension is a little lower, so it is easier to load, while still cycling perfectly.

I bought this for my Springfield 1911 G.I. model. Great magazine, no jams with over 100 rounds down range. The one and only downfall about this magazine is you can not disassemble this in order to clean it. So if this gets dirty through everyday use then you'll have to purchase another. This needs to be fixed. If anyone else knows of a 1911 magazine that you can disassemble please let me know.

My Springfield 1911-A1 only came with one magazine so I ordered two of these magazines. They are the exact same magazines like the one that came with the weapon. I put 100rnds through with no problems at all. Great product, if you own a 1911, these mags wont let you down.....I might order two more. Thanks ctd!!!

I have tried several other mags for my Springfield and none of them work as well and release as well as these. Great mags, trust me I have plenty of them. You wouldn't put a Mazda 4 banger in your GT-40 would you?

Bought a Springfield 45 ACP from a gun show, with only one magazine. This one fit tight and didn't function like it should. So I order two from Cheaper Than Dirt that work great. There are no jams and it loads very smooth. Would recommand them to anyone that owns a 45 Auto.

Picked up two of these for my RIA 1911 Tactical. My original magazine was really tight, so I wanted to find out if it was just a frame that needs some wear. These fit perfectly and dropped out smoothly. Only thing I have against these is that they're welded, and can't be disassembled.

I got this magazine for my Springfield G.I. M1911-A1, and it is completely identical to the magazine that comes with the pistol. The only difference is that it is not blued, and I wish it was because my pistol is not nickle colored or anything. It doesn't stick out too much so it is not a big deal. Works just as good as the magazine that comes with the pistol. Best to go with this than some knock-off magazine.

These are excellent mags, I always believe that you can't get better than something that was made for you pistol by the people who made your pistol.

Good mags for the price I've cycled approx 150 rnds total through 4 of them without any issues in my Kimber Pro.

I have bought a few after market magazines, for my 1911 A1. None of them fit, or worked right. This one worked great. I really recommend it.

After reading countless articles on all the different brand magazines made for the 1911, I decided to go with the factory mags. I'm glad I did! These magazines fit my GI-45 perfectly, slide in and out of the well smoothly, feeds every round precisely, and after the last round, holds that big ol' 45 slide open every time. Nicely made stainless mag tube and follower and a good, strong spring that sends those empties up and over. Very satisified, I'm ordering a couple more.
