While I use a surefire for EDC, I still have one of these beauties tucked away in my B.O.B., one in my truck, and my wife carries one in her purse. And yes, it is just as bright as my surefire E2D defender.

I have 2 of these. Rubber coating makes it easy to grip and you have to push the switch in a fairly long way. At first I though this was a pain but as I got used to it, I realized it's great for momentary activation and need conscious effort to lock on but without a separate switch. These are a great value.

Great light, very bright, compact (tactical), awesome non slip rubber grip with tactical pressure switch = best in its class especially for the price. Only draw back is of course the expensive batteries and does not look as "cool" as it competitors.

I have owned this light for 10 years, of daily duty use. Except for replacing the batteries occasionally and changing one bulb in it's lifetime, it has never failed to light or operate in a moment's notice. For the price, and it's endurance, it's the best small Tactical light for the money. The rubber grip is great in wet or cold environments, and the covered button tail cap prevents most unwanted activations. Brighter than 2-cell Mag light, almost as bright as a 3-cell, in a small package. Who could ask for more?
