Game Processing Set -
Through rigorous field testing, this kit earned the North American Hunting Club's "Seal of Approval." It offers everything a hunter needs for cleaning, skinning, and butchering, as well as other camp chores. The knives feature 420 stainless steel blades, triple riveted, full tang construction and Bakelite handles. Warranty is guaranteed forever.

Caper Blade -
A caper, or caping knife, is generally a small fixed blade. It is designed for preparing large game animals for mounting, a task which requires fine detail work for optimal results.

Skinner Blade -
A cutting blade made of surgical stainless steel with a very small angled back hone, a small grind angle, a small angled front hone, and a reduced size included angle, which has an increased hardness that results in a longer lasting narrow edge geometry blade that has a reasonable cost with increased durability and accuracy, providing greater cutting precision, productivity and net yields, while reducing the compression of the blade and processing downtime.

420 Stainless Steel -
Type 420 Stainless Steel provides both outstanding corrosion resistance and exceptional wear resistance. To obtain the best possible strength and wear resistance, oil quench alloy 420 at a temperature between 1800 degrees Fahrenheit and 1950 degrees Fahrenheit. Alloy 420 Stainless Steel is commonly used in dental and surgical instruments, cutlery, plastic molds, pump shafts, steel balls, and numerous hand tools.

Great set of knives, works really well and did the job they're supposed to do. The only thing, and this was a pretty big disappointment, is that the knives dull really quickly. Generally that is fine, but if you were out on the farm using them to slaughter like I did, I would get another set. If you're only getting them to hunt, and will therefore use them every once in a while, then they should be super easy to maintain. All in all good quality steel, and good handles. Didn't damage even after six animals, so they pretty much paid for themselves as far as I'm concerned.

Bought one of these sets two hunting seasons ago, and haven't looked back since. It made it easy to have all I needed at hand. Would recommend this kit for anyone in any situation.

Perfect for field dressing any animal. The knives are sharp and cheap enough if you might loose one. I keep it in my truck, and it's there when I need it. Great plastic carry case... I like to keep things organized. Great buy for any hunter.
