Front sight is great but the rear sight doesn't work with my marlin 336. I thought you could tap out the rear elevator and put the new sight in place but I was wrong, works great with the new front sight and factory rear sight. A plus is this itm comes with a plastic punch and some sureloc.

I have been wanting a pair of these ever since I read the first article in a gun mag about the Marlin guide gun where someone used them on a black bear hunt in Alaska. Well, if you never used these before, and are sitting on the fence about using them, DON'T, just get them and you will LOVE them especially if you are a little older and have problems with your eye sight. I was really impressed with everything that was included, EVEN a nylon drift punch to remove the old leaf sight! Very impressed and they look great on my older Marlin 336.
