A Melonite® Finish provides an ultra-durable, matte black, scratch-resistant finish. Smith & Wesson Handcuffs are fabricated from the finest quality carbon steel. They are manufactured with heat treated internal lockworks, featuring smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent tampering.

Being in law enforcement these are the best handcuffs I have ever used. Love the leverlock and the finish on them is outstanding. Would buy again if ever needed another pair.
