Save money on ammo! Convert your Springfield Armory XD from .40 S&W or .357 SIG into a 9mm by simply switching barrels and using a 9mm magazine.

Machined from certified 416R stainless steel for superior strength, durability, and accuracy. Storm Lake Barrels are match grade, hardened to 40-42 HRC and cut broach rifled to shoot jacketed or lead bullets. All barrels are chambered for full case support. All barrels are drop in and will only occasionally require a gunsmith to fit.

First...thank you so much for CTD's speedy shipping. Second, this is an awesome barrel. I kept thinking of getting a .22 to plink with because the price for .22 is way cheaper than .40 but a friend told me I could lose some real draw stroke, seer reset, and overall shooting with a different platform, so I found this drop in to keep my XD platform and shoot cheaper 9mm. Absolutely impressive. Great groupings, easy in and easier out to go back to the .40, and just a great buy instead of buying the XD 9mm gun. I had a few issues with extraction, but if you are patient and not throw things around, you realize that tapping the back side of the magazine won't let casings get tangled up. I recommend this barrel for those wanting to keep their platform but shoot different ammo. Thanks again CTD.
