Haven't been tested on the range yet and the kit didn't state that an extended mag release was included, so I spent extra $ for nothing by buying a second one. That's why I gave it 4 bullets. Installation was very simple with basic tools. I didn't install the bayonet or flash suppressor - kind of cheesy looking - but everything else is better than I expected. The polymer has a wonderful texture to it and is very thick. Everything fit smoothly, adjustable stock is nice, pistol grip is very comfortable. Storage compartments have plenty of room. If you are putting anything other than solid sights on, buy a riser. Installed a BSA red dot and it sits low. Will be installing a 1" riser to make it more comfortable for sight alignment. Good buy for updating a plain rifle. You won't be let down.

Very impressed with the quality. Fits perfectly without any mods to the bolt or barrel. I tried to set it up like my M4, and it feels like it but lighter. I added several extras, including a red dot sight with riser, front and rear back up sights and a foregrip. Shoots like a dream, and is perfect for a backup and practice.

This stock is solid and works well with the 10/22. It is easy to install and looks great. The polymer is strong and does not give. I gave it a 4 because of the lack of an aluminum rail. This does not effect performance as far as I can tell but it would have been nice to have a full length aluminum rail.

A bottle of bourbon + a lazy boring night cruising the web = me ending up with this stock sitting at my doorstep. Install was a breeze, everything fit like it was meant to, it's almost like Promag designed this specifically for the 10/22.. Imagine that. Most importantly, my wife said "wow, that looks sick".. Win!! Bottom line, this stock is well built, fits like a glove, light weight and turns the old run of the mill 10/22 into a tacti-cool plinker that's well worth the money. If you are trying to make up your mind, just run with it.. You won't be disappointed. Side note- forget the little end piece bayonet mount, the bayonet is cool (for a plastic knife) but mounted, it looks ridiculous and serves absolutely no purpose.
