It will do the job of keeping junk out of the frame, but I really expected a better fit. All the other reviews I read said the product fits perfectly for them. Not in mine. I have a brand new Gen3 G19 and there's a lot of play to the point where if I shake the gun up and down, you can hear the rattle of the plug in the grip. It's not going to come out, but there's definitely noise from it. For such a low cost product, it's not worth the effort of returning it, but if I find a better polymer or rubber plug, this one will be getting replaced ASAP.

Have owned my Glock 23 for over 4 years now, and finally have gotten the plug to fill that vacant hole in the frame. Although it adds no performance increase, have the hole plugged looks much better, and you no longer worry about mud or dirt being trapped up in there. Installed in a matter of seconds, and is a nice fit!
